The Band had the honor of piping Drum Major Mike Nelson out as he completed his last tour with the Cherry Hill Fire Department. Firefighter Nelson completed 25 years of service to the department and will be missed. Mike is also a charter member of the band and continues to lead us down the street. On March 31st the band had the honor to pipe out Firefighter Jerry Robitaille. Jerry served the residents of Voorhees Twp for 33 years, the last 26 years as a career firefighter. It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our Founding Member and Drum Major, Rich Desmond.

Desi is a legend in the Pipe Band world and was known all over the United States. His passing leaves a huge hole in our Brotherhood, and one that cannot be filled.
